The Diamond Art Gallery LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers limited edition and made-to-order diamond painting kits and accessories. All purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.

Product Information

  • Each kit is created to order.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Color variations may occur depending on screen settings and dye lots.
  • Kits listed as “Limited Edition” are only produced in small quantities and will not restock.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • We accept payment via Wix Payments, credit/debit cards, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes or international import fees.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days unless stated otherwise.
  • We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers provided once shipped.
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–8 weeks depending on destination.
  • For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Because most of our kits are custom-made:

  • Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or limited edition products unless damaged or incorrect.
  • If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion. We may request return of the original item before replacement.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Digital Products

If we offer digital downloads:

  • Downloads are available immediately after payment.
  • No refunds will be issued for digital products unless a technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved.
  • Proof of download may be required in any dispute.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on this site are the property of The Diamond Art Gallery and/or licensed artists. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission.

We respect your privacy. Your data is used only to process orders and communicate with you. Please read our full Privacy Policy for more details.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly first. Filing a chargeback without reaching out voids our ability to resolve the problem efficiently.

  • We document shipping and delivery for every order.
  • Digital orders are tracked and time-stamped.
  • Excessive chargebacks may result in a ban from purchasing from our shop.
