How Our Orders Work
At The Diamond Art Gallery, we do not dropship. Every kit is packed by hand with care and attention.
Once you place an order, we begin processing it within 1 to 14 days. We place supplier orders every two weeks, so the timing depends on when your order comes in. After that, your kit is custom produced by our supplier, which takes about one week.
Once completed, the kit ships to us. This takes about 3 to 5 weeks. When it arrives, we personally inspect, pack, and prepare your kit for final delivery.
Every order goes through a thoughtful and hands-on process. While we work with trusted partners to produce the kits, all final handling is done by us to ensure quality. This extra time and care is part of what makes our kits special.

There are no hidden fees. Any additional costs such as shipping are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our site is fully optimized for desktop and mobile viewing. If you ever spot something unclear, don’t hesitate to ask.
Refund & Returns
We want you to love your art. If there’s ever a problem, please reach out.
- Custom or made-to-order kits are not eligible for returns unless damaged or incorrect.
- If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- You can find our full return policy here.
- Return shipping is covered in cases of incorrect or defective items.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we’ve received and inspected the return.
Please review your order carefully before placing it, as we do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse or accidental orders.
Shipping & Delivery Information
We ship both within the U.S. and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–14 business days unless otherwise noted.

- Estimated delivery time: 6 - 8 Weeks depending on destination.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships
International Orders
We love our global collectors, but please note:
- We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees your country may charge upon delivery.
- These fees vary by location and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, we are unable to refund shipping charges.
If you have questions about your country’s import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.
Customer Disputes & Chargebacks
If you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us directly before contacting your bank. We’re committed to making it right and resolving issues quickly.
We document all communications and deliveries. Digital orders are tracked and timestamped. Physical orders are shipped with tracking.
Excessive chargebacks can result in suspension from payment platforms. Let’s talk first and fix it together.
